But in this holiday, I successful convince my mom to let me buy it. :P
So now I will share some experience in my MYSTERY BOX.

我是个18岁的女生,我很爱吃曲奇和蛋糕,也对于烘培拥有热情,但是我的母亲都不让我买材料,她说我只会买来浪费。
但这个假期我成功说服我母亲让我买齐材料了!
所以现在我要在我的博客上分享我这次烘培的经验。
曲奇材料Cookies Ingredients:
无盐奶油 Unsalted Butter 200g (室温放软,At room temperature)
**幼砂糖 Fine sugar 130g
蛋 Egg 1 (搅匀,Stir it)
云尼拿香油 Vanilla Extract 1茶匙tsp
面粉 Flour 400g

**在我参考的食谱里糖的分量是200g但是真的太甜了,我就擅自降到130g。In the recipe that i reference shown 200g of fine sugar, but it's too sweet so I unauthorized decrease it until 130g .
糖霜材料 Icing Ingredients:
蛋白 Egg White 60g (大约两只蛋,Almost 2 egges)
柠檬汁 Lemon juice 1茶匙tsp
糖粉Icing sugar 345g (过筛,Sieved)

糖霜步骤 Icing Steps:
在一个无水无油的大碗里倒入蛋白和柠檬汁发出大泡泡,然后边打蛋白一边把糖粉加进去,直到蛋白有点打发。你可以加入任何色素。
Whipping the EGG and LEMON JUICE until show big bubble, then add the icing sugar into the egg white while stirring until it whipped. You can add any colour you want.
曲奇步骤Butter Cookies Steps:
1. 将牛油、糖打匀,加入云尼拿香油再打匀,加入蛋液混合,再慢慢加入面粉打匀。将混合物搓揉成团,包上保鲜膜,放雪柜雪1小时。
Stir BUTTER and SUGAR, add in VANILLA EXTRACT and stir it, mix in EGG, and slowly add in flour and knead it into dough . Wrap it with plastic wrap, put into refrigerators 1 hour.
2. 保鲜纸上将粉面辗开至5mm的厚度,用曲奇模压出喜欢的形状,再放入雪柜30分钟待定型后取出。
Spread the dough until 5mm thickness, cut the shapes that you like out, and put it into refrigerators 30 minutes.
3. 预热烤炉至180℃,烤6-10分钟,至饼边呈金黄,取出放凉。
Pre-heat oven 180℃, bake for 6-10 minutes, until the edge be brown colour, take out and let it cool.
4. 准备好糖霜,挤在曲奇上,待干后完成。
Prepared icing, squeeze it on cookies, let it dry and done!
